SOLAIYA LLLP is a US-based Value-Added Research and Development partnership delivering intelligent solutions to both simple and complex problems. It holds NASA SEWP VI in two categories and brings best-in-class technology to government and commercial clients through the contract vehicles they already buy from.
What we do
Unlike a traditional technology reseller, SOLAIYA delivers time-sensitive, integrated technology, security and wellness solutions that are specific to the problem in front of the client. Our team of educators, technologists and engineers examines the products and components available, selects what is most relevant for a need, and integrates those pieces into one end product.
We believe in the global community and in cross-border, compliant solutions. What we deliver to commercial and government organisations is built to meet US, European Union and UK requirements, conscious of FedRAMP, HIPAA, FISMA and GDPR as the work demands.

From a Florida partnership to two SEWP VI contracts
- 2017
SOLAIYA formed in Florida. SOLAIYA CZ formed in the Czech Republic with partners Vladimir Pitter and Lubos Kubik.
- 2018
First reseller agreement signed; first US Government bids submitted.
- 2020
US Army ITES-SW2 contract awarded. GARDANT Technologies Ltd. acquired in the UK and rebranded SOLAIYA Ltd. (since wound down).
- 2020
Value-Added Research and Development unit started. ISO 9001:2015, O-TTPS and CMMC consulting practices added. Task order for contact-centre support secured.
- 2021
Paul Karch on WIOD, WPEC, WTVJ, Newsmax and Christian News Network on returning to work safely.
- 2022
TechNet Europe and the Future Forces Forum, Prague.
- 2024
US Environmental Technologies trade mission to IFAT, Munich, with the International Trade Administration.
